Description
The PTR1102 is a robust system designed to cater many type of testing from wire bonding to die bonding. Rhesca also provide attachments to support various testing setups such as MIL STD-883D/JIS Z 3198, JEITA ET-7403/7407/4703 etc. PTR 1102 software is designed for simple yet powerful and compatible with various reporting format output. The precision positioning of the sample is guided using an Olympus LEICA microscope. Joystick control is also available for operation controlling the PTR 1102 stage for X, Y, Z and θ.
